Pior Perfume — Return Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:
Eligibility:
- Unused and unopened perfumes can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging with the seal intact.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
How to return:
- Contact us at +92 300 8680654 or help@pior.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will arrange pickup or guide you on shipping the item back.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 working days.
